Serato Sample 1.3 with Beatgrids and Glide

We’re thrilled to deliver our latest edition to our beloved sampling plugin, Serato Sample 1.3.

This update introduces Beatgrids. This will ensure your samples sync perfectly to your project. Correct Beatgrids will also improve other Sample features like Find Samples and Slicer, which use Beatgrids to determine correct timing throughout the sample.

We’ve also added a Glide Knob. Using the knob will give you a ‘bending’ effect between pads when Keyboard Mode is activated. This is particularly great for creating 808 slides with sub bass samples – a staple of modern trap music.

If you’re a DJ-producer, then good news: Serato Sample now has Serato DJ Cue Point Autoset Mode. This means that Cue Points from Serato DJ will now carry over to Serato Sample – perfect for turning those live flips into DJ edits. 

Last, but not least, we’ve added general improvements – including more parameters for host Automation, plus an improved interface, and better overlapping Cue Point display.
